1. General These Terms and Conditions govern your use of uwyn.store and any purchase made through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products All products sold on uwyn.store are brand new, authentic Apple products in original manufacturer packaging. We reserve the right to modify our product catalog at any time.
3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders An order is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Uwyn does not store any payment information.
6. Shipping Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies to all orders.
7. Returns You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product. Items must be returned in original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
8. Warranty All products come with the standard Apple manufacturer warranty. Uwyn is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the product.
9. World Cup Refund Promotion The World Cup Refund Guarantee is subject to separate Conditions of Offer, available on our website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Conditions of Offer, the Conditions of Offer shall prevail with respect to the promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability Uwyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
