World Cup Refund Guarantee — Conditions of Offer Last updated: June 2026
1. The Offer Uwyn offers a World Cup Refund Guarantee on all eligible orders placed on uwyn.store between June 12, 2026 and June 29, 2026 (the date of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final).
2. How It Works At checkout, customers select a country from the list of eligible nations. Depending on the selected country and the outcome of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, a full or partial refund may be issued as follows:
- Full refund (100%) — if your selected team wins the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final
- 100% refund — if your selected team reaches the semi-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup: Morocco or any african countries selected
- No refund — if your selected team is eliminated.
3. Eligible Products All products available on uwyn.store at the time of purchase are eligible for the World Cup Refund Guarantee, including all iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods models. There is no minimum order amount.
4. Eligible Countries The following countries are eligible for selection: Brazil, Argentina, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, England, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, Switzerland, Denmark, Serbia, Poland, Morocco, Senegal, Nigeria, Egypt, Cameroon, Tunisia, Ghana, Mali, South Africa, Algeria, Ivory Coast, USA, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Colombia, Uruguay, and the option "Any African Country" (see clause 7).
5. Order Deadline Orders must be placed and fully paid before the final whistle of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final on June 29, 2026 to be eligible. Orders placed after this time are not covered by the guarantee.
6. One Selection Per Order Each order is linked to one country selection only. The selection is made at checkout and cannot be modified after the order is confirmed. Multiple orders may each carry a different country selection.
7. "Any African Country" Option Customers who select "Any African Country" at checkout will receive a full refund if any African nation wins the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final.
8. Refund Process
- Uwyn will contact all eligible customers by email within 48 hours of the Final
- Full refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the Final
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
9. Proof of Purchase Customers must retain their order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Uwyn reserves the right to request this confirmation before processing a refund.
10. Exclusions The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- Orders placed after the Final whistle on June 29, 2026
- Orders that have been returned or refunded for any other reason
- Orders cancelled by the customer or by Uwyn prior to the Final
- Fraudulent or disputed orders
11. Tournament Results The official results of the 2026 FIFA World Cup as published by FIFA are the sole reference for determining refund eligibility. Uwyn is not affiliated with FIFA. The first result is taken in consideration, if a team is later considered as winner or as loss to a
12. Official Results and VAR / Appeals
The result that counts for the purpose of this guarantee is the official final result at the end of the match, including extra time and penalty shootouts, as declared by the referee at the final whistle.
Any subsequent decision by FIFA, a sporting tribunal, or any other body that modifies, reverses or overturns an official match result — whether due to an appeal, disciplinary sanction, disqualification, or any other reason — will not affect the refund determination already made by Uwyn based on the original official result.
In other words: the first official result stands. If a team wins on the pitch and is later disqualified or stripped of their title, customers who selected that team will still receive their refund. Equally, if a team loses on the pitch but is later awarded the result, the refund will not be retroactively triggered.
13. Force Majeure In the event the 2026 FIFA World Cup is cancelled, suspended or significantly altered by FIFA, No refunds will be issued
14.Refund and Return Deadline — World Cup Promotion Participants
By selecting a country and participating in the World Cup Refund Guarantee at checkout, you acknowledge and accept the following:
All standard return and refund requests must be submitted before June 29, 2026.
After June 29, 2026, no return, exchange or refund request will be accepted or processed for any order enrolled in the World Cup Refund Guarantee, regardless of the reason. The only refund that may apply after this date is the World Cup Refund itself, issued automatically if your selected team achieves the qualifying result as described in the Conditions of Offer.
By choosing to participate in the promotion, you waive your right to request a standard return or refund after June 29, 2026.
15. Modifications Uwyn reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Offer at any time prior to the start of the tournament. Changes will be published on uwyn.store and notified to customers by email where applicable.
16. Governing Law These Conditions are governed by the UK law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Uk.
